A
triathlon is an event that includes swimming, biking and running. The
rules of the triathlon is that when you go to get your bike you are not
allowed to ride your bike in the transition area otherwise you will get a
10 second penalty. You can do a bit of training every day. The 3
events in the triathlon are also events in the Olympics. It is unfair to
cheat during the triathlon. You would need to do heaps of exercise for
this event because it will take up all of your energy so you need to be
fit. One of the triathlon’s in New Zealand is held in St Heliers.
